• Download and Registration:
• Download the application from the iOS App Store and register with your email ID using the single sign-on functionality. The registration process includes verification of your identity with your Aadhaar Number (a 12-digit identification number issued by the UIDAI to Indian residents).
• The registration process is user-friendly, simply follow the provided instructions.

• Recruitment Team Coordination:
• The application streamlines communication with Access Healthcare's recruitment team. A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will arrange an interview at your convenience, with notification of the schedule sent through the app.

• Participate in Online Interview:
• To proceed with an online interview, candidates must pass a preliminary screening. Video-conference calls are organized by the recruitment team. Upon successful completion, candidates will be enrolled in a mandatory online training program.

• Document Submission:
• Candidates must upload essential documents such as Aadhaar card, resume, and educational certificates as specified by the recruitment team. Following document verification, Access Healthcare's recruitment team will issue a Letter of Intent and a provisional offer pending successful completion of the training program.

• Online Training Program:
• Depending on the chosen field, Access Healthcare's training team assigns specific modules taking approximately 4-5 hours to complete. This prepares candidates for a rewarding career within the company. An assessment evaluating knowledge in US healthcare and revenue cycle industry concepts follows the training.
• All candidates must pass the assessment by securing the required marks. Two attempts are allowed for this assessment.

• Salary Negotiation:
• Post completion of the recruitment process, Access Healthcare's team will discuss your salary expectations and professional goals. Based on these discussions and company benchmarks, an offer letter will be released.

• Receive Offer Letter:
• The app will notify you if you meet all criteria and provide an online offer letter for acceptance within the app. An email notification will also be sent regarding the offer letter acceptance.
